My work includes treating individuals, couples, and families. I will complete a thorough assessment of your presenting complaint to increase the effectiveness of interventions. I am not only an experienced couples counselor but also teach Marriage and Family Therapy graduate courses.
I have completed the coursework for a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Kansas State University. I am currently completing the dissertation and plan to finish all requirements by December 2011. I received my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin, Stout.
I do enjoy maintaining a broad practice and working with a variety of presenting issues but have specializations in couples issues, sex therapy, transition to parenthood, anxiety, depression, and parenting.
I focus on improving the positives in individuals and relationships and overcoming the difficulties.
